Orders
We process orders in batches because we cannot place individual orders with our supplier. By combining all orders received during the ordering period, we can checkout all items at once. This batch processing also simplifies managing and shipping orders, as well as sending out tracking information. Please ensure you submit your order before the set deadline if you wish to make a purchase.
If you message us in the morning or before we finalize checkout, we might be able to include your order in the current batch. However, once it’s submitted, you’ll need to place your order for the next batch.
The “item”Place Order” button is not visible because it is disabled when the batch is closed. It will become visible again once the batch is reopened.
Usually, we open a batch starting on the 20th day of the month until the first sunday or the last day of the month.

Yes, every item we sell is brand new and sourced directly from the official English distributors/publishers, ensuring that your book is an original and official English edition.
Stock Status
- On-hand – This means we have a physical copy of that product ready to ship from our store.
- In-stock – This means that the item is available from our US bookstore supplier and will be included in the current open batch.
- Backorder – This means that the stock from the supplier has temporarily run out, and it will restock once new stock is available.
- Pre-order – This means that the item has not yet been published, and you can preorder it to reserve your copy once it becomes available.
- Out-of-Stock – This means that the title is now out of print, or all of the suppliers currently have no stock available at the moment.
On-hand means that we currently have a physical copy of a product in our store, ready for immediate shipment. Opting for an “On-Hand” item means quicker processing and delivery, as we have the product readily available for dispatch into our local courier.
In stock means that the item is available from our US bookstore supplier and will be included in the current open batch. Since you can order directly from the US, in case some books have a reprint edition where they correct mistakes or errors, you can obtain a new copy/edition immediately. Just ask for us first for confirmation.
Backorder means that our supplier currently doesn’t have stock, and they are still waiting for restocks from the publisher. If you want to backorder a specific title, there is a chance that this item may not be included in the current open batch. Once it becomes available again, we can order it now and it will be included in the current batch.
It depends. For example, you place an order on January 01 with backordered items. The batch is open from January 01-10 and the checkout date is January 11. If the items become available suddenly before we checkout, then your item may be included in the batch. However, if it does not become available by that time, the items will not be included in the batch and will remain on backorder until we receive new stocks.
We do not know when the stocks will be available again. However, based on our experience, availability is influenced by several conditions: supplier availability, demand for the item, and whether the item is old or new. For instance, if the item is newly released and in high demand, there is a chance that the stock will be replenished within 30 days. On the other hand, if the item is 10 years old or more and not in high demand, there is a slightly greater chance that it will take longer for the stocks to become available again. Ultimately, the availability timeline depends on our supplier.
Currently, the minimum cancellation time for back ordered items is 3 months. Once this period has passed, you may request a backorder cancellation from us, and we will refund your down payment into your wallet account. In case you use a voucher, that voucher cannot be reused again.
Pre-order means that the book has not yet been released, and you can place a pre-order to reserve a stock copy for yourself once it is released. After that item is released, it will take 2-3 months for it to arrive at our store. Please note that the release date may sometimes change due to publishing issues. However, we will update the item’s release date whenever there are changes.
It depends. For example, if you place an order on January 01 with pre-order items set to release on January 05, and the batch is opened from January 01-10 with a checkout date of January 11, the released item on January 05 will be included in the batch. However, if the item is not yet released by that time, it will not be included in the batch and will remain on pre-order status until it is released.
Yes! As long as the item has not been released or ordered from the supplier, you may request to cancel the order, and we will refund your down payment into your wallet account. In case you use a voucher, those voucher cannot be reused again.
Out-of-stock (OOS) items mean that our supplier currently doesn’t have stock or maybe the item was now Out-of-Print (OOP). You may add it to your Wishlist for now. So, whenever the stocks become available, you can check out the items immediately.
If you’re referring to an item marked as “Out of Stock,” you cannot order it from our site unless we allow it during some occasion. However, if you order an in-stock item from our supplier and it suddenly becomes unavailable during the day of our checkout, you have the option to cancel it or backorder the item instead.
Yes! As long as the item has not yet been ordered from the supplier, you may request to cancel the order, and we will refund your payment to your wallet account. In case you use a voucher, that voucher cannot be reused again.
Payments
You can pay your manga in the checkout page. You can pay via QRPh, Direct Debit for (BPI, RCBC, Union Bank, Chinabank), 7-Eleven, Cebuana, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, GCash and BillEase.
Yes, we accept manual bank transfers during checkout.
Yes, we also accept credit and debit card payments.
Yes, if the item is available on-hand, but if the item is In-stock (US), backorder, or pre-order, then the COD will not be available.
We only accept Philippine Peso.

Yes. If the items arrive in bad condition, we can offer you a a full refund or a replacement copy of that item.

Shipping Status
Our local delivery partners are GOGO Express, LBC Express, LBC Branch Pickup, and Lalamove
Currently, we don’t have this free shipping option.
For On-Hand items it usually takes 3-7 Days depending in your location. If the items is In-Stock from the supplier or it’s a Pre-Order or Backorder then your item will arrive in the PH after 40-50 Days once they leave the US port.
Yes, just visit the tracking page. You can find its real time location, so we advise you always monitor it.
Not at the moment.
We first wrap your books with a plastic cover, or occasionally paper, before placing them in a box. Then, we encase the entire box in bubble wrap, providing your item with three layers of packaging protection against any potential damage.
Yes, you can update your address by simply navigating to ‘My Account‘ and modifying your details there. Additionally, you have the option to change your address on our Shipping Page during the process of shipping your items.
Yes just choose “Store Pickup” on the Shipping Page and fill out your desired date and time of pickup.
Absolutely not! All the import fee, customs and duties are handled by us, so you don’t need to worry on any charges.
Yes, all shipments from the courier include protection against damage. For more information on damaged items, please visit the return and refund page.
Sorry but you cannot cancel your order anymore if it is departed from the supplier. Unless the item is still in the US bookstore supplier or from our store (If the items are onhand), then we can still cancel them.
